Intro
The Harley-Davidson Fat Boy Limited Black Edition landing page was one of my earliest passion projects — fully hand-coded using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. At the time, I was just starting to explore front-end development and wanted to push myself by building something bold and iconic, much like the bike itself. This project reflects both my admiration for Harley’s design legacy and my commitment to learning the fundamentals of web development from the ground up.

Objective
My goal was simple: create a sleek, responsive landing page that captures the essence of the Fat Boy — its power, presence, and blacked-out styling — without relying on templates or codeless platforms. I wanted the page to feel as handcrafted and raw as the bike it represents. This was less about commercial intent and more about learning by doing and creating something I was genuinely excited about.

Challenge
The biggest challenge was building everything from scratch while still learning how HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interact in a real-world layout. Responsive design, smooth animations, and interactive elements (like scroll effects and image sliders) were all new to me. I also had to figure out how to create visual hierarchy and pacing with just code — no design software, no frameworks, just raw markup and styling.

Result
The final product was a responsive, visually engaging landing page that effectively showcased the Fat Boy’s signature design and attitude. It helped me develop a solid understanding of front-end fundamentals and gave me the confidence to start building more complex projects. While the industry has since shifted toward codeless tools and frameworks, this project remains a proud reminder of where it all started — fueled by passion, curiosity, and a love for clean, hands-on code.
